Description
Bright, fresh and textual style of Rosé from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Syrah. Dry in style with subtle balance between brighter fruits and savoury notes on the palette.
Winemaking
A blend of crushed and whole berries pressed to tank, chilled, settled and racked clean to tank prior to a 15 day temperate controlled ferment. Retained on fine lees for 5 months prior to bottling.
