PICKED IN THE LATE AFTERNOON ON THE 17TH OF MARCH. FRUIT WAS CHILLED OVERNIGHT BEFORE WHOLE BUNCH PRESSED TO TANK, COLD SETTLED OVERNIGHT AND RACKED CLEAN TO BARREL. ELEVAGE FOR 10 MONTHS IN FRENCH OAK. BOTH UNFINED AND UNFILLTERED
