Description
Complex and textural Riesling, balancing bright fruit against long acid, taking cues from the old world but sitting right smack bang in the new world. The fruit came from the Ten Miles East vineyard, within Norton Summit, Adelaide Hills.
Winemaking
Handpicked on March 20, 2022. 100% Whole Bunch pressed, chilled, settled and racked clean to tank before an 18-day fermentation. Retained on fine lees for 5 months before bottling.
