Juicy and fruit-forward style of Cabernet Franc, with a savoury undertone to retain depth and complexity. Equally drinkable at ambient as slightly chilled, perfect summer-weight red wine.

Winemaking

100% destemmed fruit in open-top fermentors for 11 days with twice daily pump-overs for 1-3 minutes, pressed early and finished in a mixture of tank and barrel.
